We’re making a powerful impact by leading change right here in Dane County, Wisconsin. Becoming a civic leader means understanding that local efforts have a global reach — and it starts by creating leadership opportunities that put women’s skills and passion to work in our own community.

If you’re ready to develop leadership skills while working alongside a group of like‑minded women, you’re in the right place.

A Highly Respected Organization with an Extraordinary Legacy

The Junior League of Madison is proud of our historic reputation — and as society changes, we adapt and evolve. We put our values into action by serving as a powerful voice for action, justice, and change throughout Dane County.

  • Member engagement
  • Community collaboration
  • Leadership development

Our three‑year strategic plan guides our work as we identify the top unmet needs in Dane County. We fill gaps for local organizations — offering both hands‑on volunteer power and strategic planning or financial support.
